POV Previs relocates to its new North Hollywood location. This three building mini complex sports plenty of space to house multiple previs teams, a dedicated editorial bay, administration offices and an open courtyard for setting up large, outdoor green screen shoots. There's also plenty of parking! While the new location came outfitted with some rather bright furniture, we plan to make this place our own. Stay tuned for new pictures as the space develops.

POV Previs LLC is pleased to announce being awarded previsualization services on Eric Brevig's Yogi Bear. This Warner Brothers live action / animated hybrid is currently being constructed with a team of ten artists. 

Brevig and POV have collaborated before while constructing previsualization on Journey To The Center of the Earth.

Dozoretz's presentation will be in conjunction with several other previs luminaries as they speak on the subject: "The Collaborative Process of Visual FX: From Previs to Post".

This lecture will not only highlight work from Star Trek, but also feature informative discussions on the various forms of previsualization services. Industrial Light and Magic will follow up these discussions with its own presentation on the visual fx that were derived from the previs process.

Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian
20th Century Fox hires a team of four POV previs artists to previsualize a special arial escape sequence. 





G-Force
Hoyt Yeatman in collaboration with Sony Imageworks brings on a large scale POV Previs team consisting of eight personnel to previsualize multiple sequences for this upcoming Disney feature.

Not only did that effort produce our new website, it also spawned the beginnings of a new look for the company's logo and slogan.

The new logo captures the expanding wave of shapes in motion from the POV letter face and the slogan emphasizes the company's underlying intent to help directors and film studios create their movies before they ever need to call "Action" on set.
